at our age (if I may) i figure we owe ourselves the generosity of saying “something is better than nothing,” which means a slow day on the treadmill or in the park or wherever, is better than a day of feeling your butt become increasingly chair-shaped. Even if the chair in question is a super-comfy ergonomic shape (what with the back issues & all, it’s what I need).
